Situated next to Corfe Castle in Dorset sits Burnbake Forest Lodges & Campsite, a luxury self-catering campsite.
Nestled within the forest grounds of the campsite, was an area they wanted to create a children’s outdoor play area. It was important the play area blended naturally into its environment especially being situated deep in the forest, so timber was the natural choice. They wanted to create an obstacle course, for children of all ages, to play together.
Using our timber play trails, we designed a trial where children can race from one end to the other - these included the Balance Weaver, Stilts, Tyre Crossing and Rock Ladder Combo.
