You’ve been tasked with creating a play area for your public space, whether you're a local authority or  housing developer - we’re here to help. You may have done this many times before, or it could be your first time and you’re thinking this should be as fun as it seems. Great news, it is, and we’ve got you covered every step of the way.

No matter your specific area, there’s a common goal of attracting families and children to use the play area time and time again. These spaces are very much about the community; bringing families, friends and children together. Creating a hub of activity, and bringing spaces to life with fun and laughter.

Before we even start talking about design, we’ll have a conversation and listen to your needs. It’s at this point we can understand you and what you’d like to achieve, we’ll put ourselves in your shoes. You can tell us what's important to you, your customers and your community. What challenges you’re faced with, your objectives and the space you’d like to create. Let’s discuss how we can make your play area the centre of the community.

The more we talk, the better we can paint a picture of your space and understand the project.

We’ll go into the detail on the specifics, which include:

• Space and location
• Target age range, or if you’d like the play area to cater for all ages.
• Must haves, wants and wishes
• Considering the local area and tailoring the design
• Your time frames, when works for you and when doesn’t.
• Budgets (don’t worry if you haven't got one yet, we’ll help with this too).

By now, we will have a clear understanding of what you need, coupled with the specifics, which means we can put together the detailed brief. A short document to perfectly describe what the project will do and how. This is our opportunity to make sure we’re all on the same page, so the initial design starts in the right way. We know your time is precious, so this stage of the process is critical - let us take the hassle out of it.

After we’ve talked and listened, and really understood all your requirements, we’ll get to work designing an initial concept and share it with you. 

We may not get it perfectly right the first time, but that's ok,  it’s all part of the process. We’ll work together to review the design, listen to your feedback on what you like, and what you don’t. 

Through this process you’ll be able to see your space come to life with our beautiful 3D visual renders.

Great news! Everything is now in place from design to budget to the day of the installation.

You’ve made the choice and ordered your new play area, and now, we expect, you’re counting down the days until you can test out the climbing frame and slide (of course, just to make sure it’s safe for the children). And the good news is, you won’t have to wait long, but we’ll work with you to get a date in the diary.

For us, and hopefully for you, this is a really exciting part…the install! We fully recognise you’re a business so it’s very important for us to cause as little disruption to you and your business. We pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible, so we’ll work with you to arrange a time which is convenient.

Now the play area is ready, and the kids are enjoying it with family and friends - we want to make sure it’s enjoyed for many years to come which is where our commercial warranty comes into play. Your new play area comes with a 12 month warranty against all workmanship defects and a 20 year warranty against timber failure, this means complete peace of mind for you for years to come.
