Now the play area is ready, and the kids are enjoying it with family and friends - we want to make sure it’s enjoyed for many years to come which is where our commercial warranty comes into play. Your new play area comes with a 12 month warranty against all workmanship defects and a 20 year warranty against timber failure, this means complete peace of mind for you for years to come.
All of our timber has been pressure treated which means it can withstand the elements and can be enjoyed for many years, you can read more about the timber we use here.
We build most of your play area in our workshop, this way we can keep disruption to a minimum on the day.
When our installation team arrives, they’ll check in with you and get to work, only stopping for the odd tea break, and of course answer the inevitable “what are you building?” or “when’s it going to be ready?”.
