The Parish Council of Hullavington—a charming village in Wiltshire—reached out to us with a tender request. They wanted to transform one of their local open spaces into a vibrant hub for outdoor activity.
The council had a clear vision: they wanted high-quality, durable timber play trails configured into an exciting obstacle course that offered varying degrees of difficulty for children of different ages.
Our Sales Manager, Craig, immediately stepped in to arrange a site visit, working closely with the council to help narrow down their choices and map out the potential of the space.
We believe the best play spaces are designed with the experts in mind—the children themselves!
We curated a diverse mix of play trails and put the final selection to a children’s public vote. Local kids were invited to pick their top five favourite pieces of equipment. Once the community chose their winners, we brought the concept to life using detailed 3D design renders so the council could visualise the exact layout.

Because this was a formal public tender, the council rigorously reviewed and scored all final play equipment submissions based on design, quality, and community value. And we won!
The project culminated in a fantastic grand opening event that brought the entire Hullavington community together. It was a spectacular day filled with laughter, energy, and—most importantly—plenty of play.
