Objective:
August 2026
Where:
Fazeley, Staffordshire
Cost:
£99,632.24

Fazeley sits right at the junction of the Birmingham, Fazeley Canal and the Coventry Canal. Inspired by the area's iconic canal-side mills, we designed a brand-new play space packed with local heritage and heaps of fun!

Mayor John Hill and Councillor Alex Farrell teamed up with us to put Fazeley Town Council's improvement budget to great use, swapping out tired old gear for something truly special.

The goal? A play area with something for everyone! We created themed zones for toddlers, older kids, and accessible sensory play. Featuring Pinnacle tower and a mini canal boat complete with a steering wheel and mini slide.

At the centre stands a two-storey hexagonal tower with climbing walls, a net bridge, and a thrilling green tube slide. Next to it, the canal boat unit gives little adventurers their own safe space to explore.

Action-seekers can enjoy cradle, basket, and flat swings, plus an obstacle trim trail packed with Cross Over Rope Walk, Rock Net Combo and Inclined Balance Beam.

Inclusive features like activity panels, rainbow tents, and inclusive roundabout ensure children of all abilities can join in the fun together.

Safety rubber mulch surfacing and picnic bench & inclusive picnic bench complete the space, making it a comfortable spot for parents and carers to relax while watching the fun.
