What about wear & tear, and warranty?

Now the play area is ready, and the kids are enjoying it with family and friends - we want to make sure it’s enjoyed for many years to come which is where our commercial warranty comes into play. Your new play area comes with a 12 month warranty against all workmanship defects and a 20 year warranty against timber failure, this means complete peace of mind for you for years to come.

All of our timber has been pressure treated which means it can withstand the elements and can be enjoyed for many years, you can read more about the timber we use here.

How we design

To start with, we simply listen. We want to get to know you and your project, your needs and what you’d like to achieve. It’s very much a collaborative approach, find out more about our commercial playground design process and how we can create your perfect playground.

What timber do you use?

Our climbing frames are crafted from Southern Yellow Pine, sustainably grown in the forests of Louisiana. This timber is chosen for its unique cellular structure, which gives it exceptional strength and durability. Find out more about the timber we use here.
