How do we do this? It all starts with a conversation.

You’re busy running your pub and don’t have a lot of time. We understand the difficulties, so we’ll start with a conversation, and simply listen. You tell us what you like (and what you don’t), your wants and wishes, what you’d like to achieve and any challenges, we’ll discuss how to help make your pub stand out from the crowd and gain a competitive advantage.

We’ll continue to have more and more discussions as we get to know your business and you get to know ours. Then we’ll begin nailing down the specifics.

We ask details, which include: 

• Space, location, surfacing
• Age and ability of the children
• Must haves, wants and wishes
• Bringing your attraction and uniqueness into the design, making it just for you
• Your time frames, when works for you and when doesn’t.
• Budgets

After these conversations we’ll create a brief, this is to make sure we’ve got everything we’ve talked about written down and to check we’re both on the same page. Once all agreed, we’ll start designing. 

This part we like to call ‘the pretty pictures’ as you’ll get to see our wonderful designs and renders, this is also where you’ll start to see the brief and your ideas come to life. We’ll run through the design with you and make any amends to get it right for you and your customers. If something doesn't look right let us know (this is where we’d prefer complete honesty) and we'll update the design until you're happy to go ahead. You could even show off your designs to your regulars, as it always creates a buzz within the community, plus it’ll be their kids using it the most.

Once you’re happy, we’ll send you the final design and quote and move on to the build and installation.

This is where our workshop gets to work behind the scenes, creating everything down to the last little detail in preparation for the big day - this minimises any disruption for you and your pub.

The excitement continues as we reach the day of installation. We’ll lay everything out in situ to show the size and scale and with one final check from you, our experts will get to work. Before you know it your dream playground will appear before your very eyes.
