In short, we need to put ourselves in your shoes to know exactly what the requirements and considerations of your project are as if they were our own.

At this stage, we will have a top-level understanding of your project, the basics such as your concerns and considerations and what it is you would like to achieve. Next, is where we nail down the specifics to form the design brief. 

Let us just caveat this by saying you may not have all the answers to the questions below, but we work together to help you find the solutions to your unknowns.

We will ask you questions such as:

• What age group will be enjoying the play area the most?
• How much space do you have available?
• What are the time constraints on your project?
• What is the primary play focus of this playground?
• What is your budget?

By now, we’ll have a clear understanding of all your requirements which means we can put together the detailed brief. This is a document to describe what we have discussed, all written down to make sure we haven’t missed anything. This is our opportunity to make sure we’re all on the same page. Just to make sure, we will send you a digestible copy for you to approve! Once we’ve all agreed, time for the design!

Next is the visuals or as we like to call it, the pretty pictures! This is the part where those once-distant questions, like “Where do I start with planning a playground?”, thankfully begin to disappear.

We know that words can only depict so much and this is the fun part of proving whether we’ve fully understood the brief - the proof is in the pudding! We create accurate and stunning visual renders, so you can see clearly how your play area is going to look. 

We also know that we all, generally speaking, know what we don’t like, rather than what we do. No problem - this is a team effort and so we tweak, change, and reposition as many times as needed, to make sure you’re completely happy - just all part of our promise.

We can provide advice, and resources, or if you’d prefer us to maintain your playground, that’s no problem, we offer maintenance packages to suit your needs.
