What makes this outdoor play equipment superior to others on the market ?
If you compare our systems with others some differences will strike you immediately:

All our timber is rounded to a full 1/2” radius edge: no splinters here

We use lots of bolts for maximum strength (there are over a hundred fixings on even our smallest set)

We never use nails or staples to fix our timber (and we use all stainless steel bolts, screws and washers)

Compare the specification of the timbers - we use 4” x 4” for all the structural pieces and massive 4” x 6” for the swing beams.

We hang our swings on chains for maximum strength and safety. Rope can fray and snap, it degrades under ultraviolet exposure and it is vulnerable to damage from flame and blades.

And there are some things you can’t see so easily, but which are just as important:

We do not specify age limits for our systems . The clubhouses will support as many children who want to play in them ! Unlike most, our equipment does not require ground anchors to stop it toppling over either.

We design-in safety; our ladders have round, easy climb rungs; our cargo net ropes are thick and soft to the touch; our swing seats are superior quality and strength; we have "wood on wood" construction so critical joints don't just rely on bolts alone for their fixing

Not everyone has a flat, level garden; we have a unique levelling system as standard on all our Jungle Gyms which allows us to build on a slope while keeping the deck and swing beam horizontal.

What about safety ?
All our equipment complies with EN71, which is the relevant standard for residential play equipment. We can also provide equipment to comply with EN1176 which is the commercial standard. For more information go to our Commercial Use section.

Where is the equipment made ?
We manufacture the Southern Yellow Pine systems ourselves in our own factory in Wiltshire. This means that even at the peak of the season lead times are reasonable, and it allows us to be flexible to accommodate special requests and designs.

What happens when I move house ?
Your Jungle Gym can also be moved ! Our equipment can be dismantled and rebuilt at your new home - please ask us for advice and instructions. You can also take the opportunity of adding some more features at the same time: our systems are modular so they can be easily customised or built on. If you have a Canyon set you could transform that into a Canyon Twin, or turn a Jungle Adventurer into a Mountain or even a Cosmic.

What about installation ?
We can provide an expert installation service - or, if you want, you can build it yourselves. There are no special skills required - just some basic DIY tools and experience.

What is the guarantee?
We offer a LIFETIME guarantee to the original owner: provided the equipment is used in a single family residential setting the company provides a lifetime guarantee to the original purchaser against timber failure caused by rot and/or insect attack on all timber components. In addition a 12 month guarantee against all workmanship defects applies to all fixtures and fittings.
